The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Ofcourse! We'll clean anything you need.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Payment Policy

Payment shall be made to PROVIDER(Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly). Payment is due on the day of each scheduled service, before cleaning can begin/after cleaning is completed. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, or credit card. Kleaning KiKi's accepts a spectrum of payment options. We accept payments via check, money order, and cash app.

Cancellation Policy

If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged. .If a cleaning is rescheduled by the client less than 48 hours in advance, rather than cancelled, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Kleaning KiKi's offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all its clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home until you are 100% satisfied.
